This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are processed for purchases made through Auzma.com (“Website”).
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may request a return after delivery (subject to return eligibility as described below).
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return.
Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or digital wallet after receiving your bank details.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the issue.
We will offer either a free replacement or a full refund in such cases.
